Serene Wellness provides you (Participant) with access to various Trainings, Yoga and Breathwork type (Classes) via its website, online classes and in person classes.
I, the Participant, agreed and understand that:
1. I accept that the Classes can be dangerous, physically strenuous and can result in injury, property loss or death.
2. I accept the risks involved and I am responsible for my own actions and/or involvement in all aspects of the Classes.
3. I am under no obligation to participate in or complete the Classes, particularly if I have concerns about my ability to do so.
4. If anything is unclear to me about Serene Wellness instructions as they relate to the Classes I will raise my concerns with Lauren Bosworth by email and will not participate in any Classes until I have had my concerns answered satisfactorily.
5. To the best of my knowledge, I am physically able to participate in the Serene Wellness Classes and know of no reason why I should not be able to participate.
6. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
